The Exhibition Area
The exhibition area is in the conference lobby. This is also the area where coffee is served during breaks.
Exhibitions can be set up from Monday morning. If you need help please contact the conference or hotel reception.
The lobby floor space is limited. It will not be possible to accommodate more than about thirty exhibitors.
The exhibition slots will be distributed on a first come, first served basis with regard to the prepayment
of the exhibition fee. Each exhibitor will have access to two exhibition tables (120x40cm).
