Instruction to projects supported by the

Elisa access program (Until 31 August, 2011)

What to do after your beamtime:

  • Each group leader is requested by the EC to ensure that the Users Questionnaire is completed within two weeks after the experiment. The Users Questionnaire is available at http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/capacities/questionnaire_en.html
In field 1 (Number of the EC Grant Agreement) select "ELISA (226716)"
In field 2 (User Project Acronym) quote MAXLAB-proposal code (i.e. in the case of proposal 411-123 quote "MAXLAB-411-123").  (If in doubt about your proposal code contact the Project Manager, Ralf Nyholm at MAX-lab).

  • Each group leader is asked to ensure that the Project Summary Report (MS-Word) is completed and returned via e-mail to the Project Manager, Ralf Nyholm at MAX-lab.

  • In order to get reimbursement for travel expences and the daily allowance each participant in a project has to fill in the form Data for Economic Support (MS-Word, PDF) and send it to:
    Administration office
    MAX-lab, Lund University
    Box 118, S-221 00 Lund, Sweden

  • All publications resulting from projects having received economic support from the ELISA program must include the following acknowledgement:

The research leading to these results has received funding from the European Community's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) under grant agreement nš 226716.
