The Photonuclear Group at
MAX-lab has a long history of designing, developing, and employing
liquid-scintillator neutron detectors in experimental nuclear physics.
At this time, we are developing a new detector array for use at the
upgraded Tagged-Photon Facility. The design of the spectrometer is
based upon a collection of individual cells. Each of these cells
can function as an independent detector. They may also be collected and
mounted in a purpose-built frame depending upon the desired
configuration for the experiment in question.
