During normal working hours every user is encouraged to direcly contact the people expected to be able to help best with a specific problem, i.e. electronics, workshop, etc. Outside the coffee room one can find a blackboard with photos and functions of all MAX-lab personnel. If you need after hours help or advise you can contact the MAX-lab telephone support. The support is mainly intended to help users with advise via telephone, but will also come to MAX-lab, if necessary (and promising). Please do not call the beamline manager unless you have agreed with him to do so. The telephone support is available during the following hours:
